WPF-4/36 wool top backwashing machine

This machine is applied to wash wool tops and colored chemical fiber, drying and balling.

Main stucture

Wpf-4/36 wool top backwashing machine is made up of Feeder (option), Rolling mills, Sinks. Drying rooms and output frame.

1.Feeder(option)

Parts: frame, unwinding drum, roller guide, gear motor and so on.

Element: gear motor drives the rollers and guide to pull the wool tops from the wool bulb, access to roller and rolling mill at the exit.

2.Rolling mill

Parts: frame, rollers, roller guide, shower, pressurized cylinder, gear motor and so on.

3.Sink

Parts: Cell body, filter wool board, gear motor, water pump, porous roller, adjustable liquid spill device, roller guide, heater and so on.

Element: Rolling mill roll out the wool tops into the sink (tank into water and pharmaceutical), with the top gear motor and pump in the role, the wool tops delivered to the next roller mill. The pump make the liquid rapidly penetration through the wool tops, it plays a strong role in the cycle of convection.

4.Drying room

Parts: delivery band device, drums, drying room, fan, heat-exchanger, delivery roller device, gear motor, temperature control actuator and so on.

Element: wool tops from the last roller mill delivered to the drying room by delivery band, there are two parts in the drying room, each of them has their own exhaust system and temperature control system. A fan and a heat-exchanger make up a hot wind circulate system. Gear motor and strong blowing of the fan make hot air throng wool tops rapidly and uniformly, the dried wool tops rapidly and uniformly, the dried wool tops to the output frame.

5.Output frame

Parts: frame, winding drum, guide bar frame(floating vehicle),separating bar, ceramic guide device, gear motor.

Element: winding into ball.

This machine is applied to wash wool tops and colored chemical fiber (to wash out oil stain, impurities and loose color), drying and balling.
